Returns & Exchanges
Because all of my items are handmade, often delicate, and one-of-a-kind, I’m not able to accept general returns or exchanges. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, however, because your happiness with your order truly matters to me. If I can fix an item, especially jewelry, I would love to help. There may be a small fee for jewelry repair depending on the circumstance.
Jewelry Care Note
All jewelry including earrings and rings are made using hypoallergenic stainless steel earring bases and findings, including the jump rings. Please take special care to avoid scratching the metal. To prolong the ability to wear your wearable art, store your stainless steel jewelry pieces separately from jewelry made of other metals. It is easy to scratch, so is best to keep them apart. Using a small bag or pouch is recommended for storing.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
I do my absolute best to package everything safely and with extra care, but sometimes things happen along the way in shipment. Finding the best solution to rectify things together is my priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if I made a mistake:
- Email me within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]
- Include your order number and a few clear photos of the item(s) so I can help to understand the issue at hand.
- Once I review everything, I’ll offer one of the following based on what’s possible:
- A replacement item
- A repair (for eligible jewelry or accessories)
- Shop credit
Non-Returnable Items
The following items can’t be exchanged or fixed unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
- Art prints
- Custom paintings
- Custom or personalized items
- Handmade jewelry
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift certificates
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the postal service, I can’t take responsibility for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If something goes missing, please connect with your local post office to file a claim. I’ll gladly provide any details you need to support that process.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of placing it. After that, I may have already started preparing or creating your item and can’t guarantee cancellation.
